StageRight in the Kia Center Prioritizes Events and The Guest’s Experience

StageRight had the opportunity to meet with the chief venues officer for Orlando Venues in which manages the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. He has been a supporter of StageRight products ever since his first experience with our product at another arena. A few years after opening the Kia Center, he ventured back to StageRight to replace their previous audience riser system.

The Kia Center was opened in 2010, twice the size of the previous building. Located in Orlando, Florida, the arena houses the Orlando Magic, a men’s NBA team, the Solar Bears, a men’s ECHL hockey team, as well as many concerts and arena football. The building is constantly changing over from event to event requiring different seating and sightlines for guests.

The arena was in need of reliable and efficient equipment engineered for quick conversions. Not only is StageRight’s Telescopic Risers engineered for quick conversions and easy to use but have a fantastic user experience. Charlie describes them as sturdy and durable platforms that guests rarely feel, because they are not meant to be felt. From concrete stairs to the platforms, StageRight’s platforms are built to be sturdy like concrete.
